The planning contracts were very popular in Bulgaria during 60s and 80s of 20th century. They regulated the relations between the socialist organizations. Contracts were signed for supplies, work and services; contracts for capital construction, transport and others.
These contracts had special objects: to ensure real and co-ordinate economic tasks, to fulfil the five-year-plans, to improve the quality of production, to consolidate collective material interest of the economic results and to guarantee planning and contract discipline. They are considered as hybrid between civil contracts and administrative acts.
